True presence is a workshop that builds connection through authentic conversations and heartfelt exercises. Something happened to all of us during the Corona crisis. You have changed. But we react differently, have different interpretations and also conclude different things.
It's about finding ourselves, and embracing each other anew. You have all been affected by closures, redundancies, lay-offs and perhaps worse. Together but at a distance has worked, but perhaps mostly on paper.
That's why many teams benefit from a fresh start. And this process should be authentically involving. Because if you're living in the hope of finding your way back to the good old days, many teams are doing the math without a host.
On this common path back and forth there is for presence and inclusiveness. For some see the crisis as an opportunity, some see it as a threat, some don't see it at all, while others are still caught in the web of the corona.
